FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS DO I NEED A VISA? No, American and Canadian citizens are not required to have a travel VISA to enter Iceland. WILL I NEED MY ID? Yes, you will need a state issued ID and a U.S. passport. Children are only required to have a passport. WILL TRANSPORTATION TO & FROM THE AIRPORT BE PROVIDED? No, all of our flights leave from Salt Lake International Airport or McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada. We do not provide transportation to and from the airport. ARE VACCINATIONS REQUIRED? No, Iceland does not currently have vacination requirements to enter their county. CAN I EXCHANGE MONEY IN THESE COUNTRIES? Yes, you will have an opportunity to exchange currency. Most places accept all major credit cards. DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE? The tour operator provides post departure travel insurance. We do not provide trip protection insurance. WHEN IS THE DEPOSIT DUE? All deposits for our vacation packages are due upon registration. WHEN IS THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE? Final payment is due by June 10, 2024. HOW MANY BAGS CAN I TAKE? For most of our trips you are allowed two checked bags and one carry-on. Note: airlines charge for baggage. Baggage fees are not included in tour price. WILL THERE BE OPPORTUNITIES FOR SHOPPING? Yes, shopping is available on all our our trips. We recommend leaving space in your bags for purchased items. IS MY TRIP FEE REFUNDABLE? To date, we have never had an issue with this tour operator, however, the tour operator is a private business therefore, we recommend travel insurance. CAN I USE MY CELLPHONE? Most cell providers offer an international plan. We recommend you check with your service provider for details. IS IT SAFE TO GO OUT ON YOUR OWN? Yes it is, however, we recommend going out in groups of 2 or more for precautionary measures. TIP FEES: There is a $55 tip fee per passenger. This covers all drivers and guides throughout the trip. RECOMMENDATIONS: We recommend bringing comfortable shoes as their is a fair amount of walking. You may also want to dress in layers due to a fluctuation in daily temperatures.
